We provide patients and families with a structured program and important resources in the battle against cardiovascular disease. Our program is medically supervised with cardiac-trained nurses and EKG monitoring.
The goal of the program is to help patients stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of heart disease. Cardiac rehabilitation is recommended for patients who have, or are recovering from, any of the following conditions:
Most insurance companies cover the cost of Phase II cardiac rehabilitation; check with your insurance plans for the specifics of your coverage.

Participants learn to monitor their own breathing, pulse, heart rate/rhythm and exertion levels.
Phase II participants:
The Phase II program lasts six to 12 weeks. Participants meet for about an hour three days a week.
